"Know Yer Eeper: The Eeper Referance Guide", Part 1:
Eeper (Ee-pur): The eeper is a small blue sphere creature with yellow oval feet, a pair of eyes, mouth equipped with an extendible tongue, and is always, well, happy. May not be the brightest crayon in the box, but it loves people. The eeper is said to be invincible, there is basically nothing that can kill it. Because of this unique feature, the eeper can live anywhere it wants to, from under the sea to in the heart of a volcano.
